The deeper question is how these people who died 30+ years ago obtained reprints made from a 2003 Hewlett-Packard laser printer. Perhaps it was the rigors of time travel that led to premeture death. |

The thing is, if one of us comes across a hitherto unknown "find" of the type we all occasionally dream about, like finding a T206 Wagner (or other card of your choice) being used as a bookmark in an old copy of "Huck Finn," it will most likely happen at some kind of estate sale. I don't think any of us are going to stop looking, especially since there is no risk of death if the cards are real. |

And I guess the reason so many reprints are all beat up is because there really is no reason to take care of them. It's amazing how a $5 reprint becomes a $200+ card once it is beat up. |
