Price guides are finally getting Jackson removed from the e254 set, but what about Thorpe? Does this card really exist? I've never seen so much as a scan or even heard of anyone that owns one. I would assume that if anyone had one it would be Fritsch. |

Jay, I believe Frisch does own the card. If I remember right he produced a set of cards promoting his BB Card museum that was in Cooperstown, commemorating some rare cards, and I think the Thorpe TinTop was among the people in the set. At least I think I remember seeing it. |

Yes Fritsch has one and he claims it to be the only one known.I have that commerative set that Rhett mentions somewhere and if i ever find it ill post scans of the card.Its pretty easy to imagine what it looks like,Thorpes face,round colgan chip,black and white photo,maybe someone can photoshop one so i dont have to look thru thousands of cards from the late 80s-early 90s to find it |
