ebay: "Administrative Cancellation"???

Hi all,

I have some auctions ending tonight, and I just noticed that my bid prices dropped dramatically on a few items. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that one bidder had retracted all his/her bids. The listed reason was "Administrative Cancellation". What is that??? The bidder has high feedback, so I can't believe they were a scam bidder.

Anyone ever seen that before?

Means ebay pulled his bids and the user is likely suspended.
