It just gets worse. Someone just listed a T206 Wagner reprint for an opening bid of $1,000,000. But, did you know that it was the first baseball card ever??????? It somehow made its' way to Germany too. |

The price is reasonable for the first card dipicting a baseball player but I will not be bidding because of the outrageous shipping fee of $100.00. |

Do you know what would be real funny? If everyone from this board emailed him and told him that we also lived in Atlanta and are very interested in the card and that we would like to see it in person. It'd be like a N54 VBC frat joke. You could add variations to the email such as I'll pay you $10,000 site unseen... |

$1,000,000 opening bid!Since it is a fake, someone should send a million dollars worth of the same $100.00 bill copied at Office Max as payment! |

I emailed this guy and told him I will be in Augusta (which is pretty close to him) on Tues/Wed/Thurs on business and would like to see the card in person...should I get a cashier's check ready now? |

I'm willing to write an article about it - it would have to be interesting. Perhaps we could park down the road from his house, and each approach as if we didn't know each other...then get into a big bidding war, letting Ted win for 5 cents. |
