I hoped that the location of the factory MIGHT shed some light on the scarcity of the cards...should have said that to being with. Doesn't, though.

You misunderstood my use of the word "can" .I meant can as in they could be related but they dont have to,as in this particular case. I didnt mean they definitely arent related.I would've said "cannot be" in that case.Might sound like a subtle difference but thats hard to show over the computer....hmm where has this happened before recently

Saying it the other way as you took it sounds like lawyer/old-time detective talk.
