What is the good time to go National??

What is the good time to go National?? Wed? Thur? Fri? Sat? or Sun?

I guess you would probably find a lot of good deals on Sunday but my experience told me most of the dealers start packing up on Saturday night and there aren't much to see on Sunday. What about Wednesday? Would most of the dealers have their setup ready for the show on Wednesday? I have never been to show on the first day of a week long event. Please advice.
