Red Flag auction ?

3 things bother me about this auction.
1. Seller joined a month ago
2. Has sold nothing, and bought nothing but low end modern for no more than $70.
3. This card looks looks better than a 4. unless there is a crease I cant see in the scan.

So did he build his feedback to honestly sell of a high end card? Or did he build his feedback to.......

Nothing really stands out to me as a scam here. But then again, I've been wrong before. Does look like a nice (4) but the buy-it-now option is double book and it's not a tough card to find.
Id wait for another from a more experienced seller just to be safe. These come up alot and at a better price too...
