In many of the doctored reprints made to look old, the disclosure is upfront and plain as day. However on this auction you have to look at small print at the bottom under the payment instructions:

"We ship larger items UPS and smaller items USPS. No overseas sales unless otherwise approved prior to ending. Please no eamils for items you think are fake or do not like. Ebay says we have to have the cards graded to list them as authentic cards. So we will list all cards as reprints. Please do not ask us to commit either way. Bid accordingly."
