Default Scam or odd variation

This T025 cobb has a piedmont back of a T206. Is this a scam or some odd variation or printing error

His scan goes with the other card he has listed...the t-205 is still definitely a reprint though...

If you look at his feedback, all are from sellers. The cards he bought are from the 1950's or newer. Also, with all but one, the price was under a dollar and he used Buy It Now. A good, fast and inexpensive way to build up positive feedback.

Makes me feel confident enough to want to spend big bucks on ungraded cards with fuzzy scans....NOT!
