FOR SALE: 1888 Scrapps Diecuts Arlie Latham

Hi, I have a Scrapps card FOR SALE.
Glue stains otherwise in decent shape for this delicate issue.
The often missing Mustache tip is OK and card shows a tab on ear where it connected to the sheet around the edge too.
