List of and Favorite Cigar Boxes

I don't know if this post subject has been covered before, if so, my apologies (I tried a search on "cigar" and "box" in the forum and got too many threads)

I don't know of any comprehensive or semi-comprehensive listing of baseball related cigar boxes. In my meanderings, I seem to always run across Joe Tinker, Al Simmons and 5 or 6 others, but is there any site or book that covers these in more detail?

Here's my favorite, the 1911 Saskatoon Quakers of the Western Canada League (my hometown, where Gordie Howe later played senior baseball in between NHL seasons)
