It's a (now out of print) book by Bill Heitman called the Monster. It provides a bunch of checklists on t206's with theoretical possible combinations (fronts and backs) and other information. |

came out in 1980, so of course several discoveries have been made since then--the most famous probably being that the Plank card is not rare because the plate broke early on, since several later Planks have been found. |
