Default Steve Verkman grading standards?

I was wondering if anyone could relay to me Steve Verkmans grading standards. I think I remember reading some posts awhile back that he overgrades. Any input would be appreciated. Thank-you.--

He grades trimmed cards at VG, which is completely wrong.
