Anyone else not receiving email responses or items? I only ask because I know he's a great guy to do business with - perhaps there is a personal problem.

I know someone who had a lot of trouble getting an item about a month ago from them,took a long time after he recieved feedback before the item was actually sent,but they did return his emails after a couple days each time

finally got a response, and an apology for the delay - card has been shipped. I never doubted his intentions - just concerned that something weird had happened.
