Default Nashville Sports card show Oct/18/25 ?

Are there any Net 54 folks planning to attend this Oct/25 Nashville Tenn. show. I was told there are over 600 tables-- any input would be appreciated

It conflicts with the Chantilly show that weekend.

I will probably go mainly to drop off a COMC submission, saving postage, and giving me an excuse to hit Judge Bean's BBQ in Brentwood. I haven't been to a big show in decades, so I'll look around a bit but will very likely go home empty handed.

Default Wow

I ( and 2 other guys) started that Nashville show back in 1981 …. our organization was called the Dugout Club…. we even had live auctions at the show! Crazy …. at the time we had maybe 30 tables. Had Enos Slaughter as an autograph guest at one show….. he was funny and friendly.

Twice a year, biggest show in Tennessee. Lots of cards, old and new. Used to go all the time when we lived in Nashville. Worth the effort if in the area.

Never been, but I am going to give it a try. Hopefully, there will be some vintage. BTW, some competing events must be going on in Nashville. The downtown hotel prices were off the charts. I'm staying in the suburbs.

Default Worth it

I usually go to the big Nashville shows and I think they are worth the 2 hour drive each way for me. There will be plenty of golden age vintage there, plus some pre war. Lots of shiny cards and Pokémon too though. I am not sure I'll get to go to this one, but hope so.

Got my COMC submission ready for Nashville, last night, and remember why I rarely go to shows anymore. Only took about 10 minutes of looking down, shuffling thru cards, to get a bad case of Card Sorting Neck.
