T205 Set (Just Missing Cy) Final Offer

I have an all graded PSA T205 base set only missing Cy Young. Average grade a little over PSA 2. Still looking for a Cy with eye appeal to match the rest. Walter Johnson is the only HOF with a crease through his face. The rest present beautifully. #18 on the registry. I attached a pic. 205 cards total. Between 20/30 I had to buy raw and get graded so there’s no VCP on them. I just used cost. Average mid VCP that I added up is $26,780. I was asking 30k for the eye appeal despite the lower grade and 6 years labor put into it. Still have not found a new job since losing it may 15th. That’s why I’m selling. Final offer 25k. Extremely firm price. Best deal you’ll find on a set (or 1 away) March 29th on heritage a near set 185/206 sold for $22k with only a dozen cards graded! If you are looking for a project and a great investment. I’ll be in St Louis this weekend for the card show if anybody wants to do an in person transaction.
