He redeemed himself on the mound however as the Dodgers won the game 14-3, with Koufax pitching a complete game while striking out 13 batters. Rare image of Koufax at the plate during a complete game victory. Koufax won won the Cy Young Award, and was voted the 1965 World Series MVP. $
