so, what's it taste like
Moxie has been described as root beer with a licorice/bitter cough syrup aftertaste.
Interesting combination. When you consider how much sugar goes into processed food today, it's a wonder they can sell it at all. In Michigan, we've got Vernor's Ginger Ale, which has an aftertaste a bit like having dozens of safety pins driven into your tongue with a mallet. An acquired taste.
