Default Interview with Leon on You Tube

Leon joined me a few days ago for an interview. We talked mainly about Net 54 and card collecting so I thought you might enjoy the episode.

Thx Leon!

Outstanding interview, well worth taking the time to watch.

There are 2 people I wish I had the good fortune to meet, with regard to this hobby: Ted Zanadakis and Leon Luckey. Not possible with Ted now; perhaps someday with Leon.

That Leon makes this incredible hobby resource, net 54, available to us is amazing to me. Zero chance I would have my modest collection, capped off by complete 1953 Bowman and 1962 Topps sets, without the help from net54.

I listened to it this morning. Leon, you should do more podcasts! The hobby needs more discussion of prewar vintage cardboard and less discussion of modern shiny lottery ticket cardboard.

Great interview. Miss shows because of not being to see guys like Leon at places like the National and Dallas. He is a fun guy to talk with.

I, too, enjoyed the interview. It was great being able to actually "meet" Leon and listen to him. Thanks for posting this and, Leon, thanks for all you do for us on this forum. I appreciate it.

Great interview Leon. Lots of excellent points, especially about the importance of card eye-appeal.

Default Interview

Just finished watching the full interview. It was wonderful to see and hear Leon speaking so eloquently about the hobby. I do not think it is possible to thank Leon enough for the this amazing forum. But here goes, thank you Leon for all that you do through this forum and for the hobby in general. Your work is highly appreciated.

Leon,

I want to start a "go fund me" thread for you so you can get a new pair of glasses with all the parts. I'm sure other forum members will join me.

Great interview. Well done, Leon!

I've known Leighton for 20+ years also, when he used to work for Leland's. Great guy. Glad he's doing well.

Also enjoyed it, but wish Leon had time to go deeper into our NET 54 thing...story's about some of the all time " characters " in this club , crazy guys who got banned, arguments that never ended, etc..

Nice to finally put a face and voice to a name I've known for a long time. Good job Leon!
