Default 1954 Sports Illustrated Magazine Cards

Hello all, long time listener and first time caller. Does anyone know if PSA or SGC will grade these cards, if they were hand cut from the sheet? Thank you

Welcome to Net54!

I don't have an answer to your question; however, I wanted to give this thread a bump. Hopefully, someone who knows the answer can chime in here.

Do not know if it’s 100% fact but I think it’s safe to say they don’t ,
After googling a couple hundred images , none are graded by a real grading company - And there’s 82 listings on eBay , none of those are graded by a real grading company - couple encapsulated by something called SMA .
There is a Duke Snider graded by PRO .

I have the 4 Sports Illustrated magazines from 54 and 55 with the replicas of Topps cards as inserts. Once removed from the magazines and cut is there away to differentiate the original inserts from 2 sided color copies ? Maybe the paper type ?

Thank you all! I’ve been reading everything on Google I could find and noticed the ones graded by the no name companies as well. Just thought maybe I missed something. I think they are pretty awesome, ‘54 is one of my favorite sets.

I am not sure of the differences between the inserts and two sided color copies. However, the backs in were printed reversed from the typical Topps card and on paper stock.
