I am putting everything memorabilia related here in one post. Please message me if you would like images. I will also have a separate post of autographed items in the autograph B/S/T.
Starting off with a museum piece that I would donate to the Negro League museum myself if I wasn't in need of the cash. Connie Morgan's Negro League scrapbook. This is her personal scrapbook from her time in the Negro Leagues with the Indianapolis Clowns. Includes many newspaper clippings as well as three photos, a Type 1 of Morgan with fellow female player Toni Stone, a Type 1 of Oscar Charlston as manager of the Clowns, and what seems like a Type 3 of Morgan and Jackie Robinson that Morgan personalized to her parents. Also includes a mimeographed schedule and two handwritten schedules, presumably in her hand. Finally there is a JSA full LOA for the first page which she has signed. $2000 International Girls Baseball League signed contract 1952 The IGBL lasted for one year and consisted of players from the AAGPBL and NGBL and others who wanted to play longer in Florida during the Winter of 1952/1953. This player is Dot Hane, a premier player from the NGBL. $200 1953 National Girls Baseball League schedule $30 1950 AAGPBL barnstorming mimeographed (assuming internal) schedule $30 1949 AAGPBL Full tickets - South Bend Blue Sox - Ready for grading - 4 available - $95-130 per 1949 National Girls Baseball League - Pass for all games - $80 Babe Didrikson Type 1 photo with Joe Hauser of Minneapolis - $50 1946 Peoria Red Wings team photo postcard - signed on back by 17 members of the team including a trio of very tough AAGPBL signatures - Marion Bryson, Lila Burk and Betty Gerring - $650 3x8 Type 1 photo of the 1950 Springfield Sallies of the AAGPBL signed on the back by 13 members of the team including a few very rare examples - $375 August 1949 Arizona Highways large format Magazine - Beautiful full color action cover of softball game. Inside 13 page article many color images including many former AAGPBL players - $75 Official National Girls Baseball League ball vintage signed by the 1952 Blue Birds team - ball is in solid shape with mild toning throughout and light splotching - 10 signatures on the ball - $700 Vinatge softball - possibly NGBL ball but unmarked as such - Has caligraphy "Chicago Chicks" on sweet spot and 10 somewhat fading signatures - ball is in nice shape with mild toning throughout - $350 Vintage Grand Rapids Chicks mini bat of unknown vintage - possibly a period piece possibly a very early reunion piece - signed by 17 players - all of whom played on the 1953 team that won the playoff title that year - $450 1956 All American Girls Baseball Signed 8x10 Team Photo - After the AAGPBL folded, a barnstorming team was put together of players from the league. This team existed from 1955 through 1958 as team manager Bill Allington never gave up on the success of the sport for women. Photo is signed by 11 players and Allinger. $375 SOLD 1949 AAGPBL signed contract - Amazing historical piece, a signed full contract for the 1949 season for all time great AAGPBL player Ruth Richard, a six time all star in the league. Contract is also signed by baseball Hall of Famer Max Carey. The 1949 Rockford Peaches would win both the regular season and playoff titles and Ricahrd was a huge part of that. - $900 1949 AAGPBL unsigned contract - Contract is for manager and baseball Hall of Famer Dave Bancroft for the 1949 season.
