Oakland A's and Brent Rooker
I don't know about anyone else following the A's this year, but if Brent Rooker was on the Red Sox, Yankees, name any other big league club, he would have been an All Star and his cards and memorabilia would be on fire!
Where's the love for Rooker, Butler and the other Athletic players! It's just like the A's and Oakland - gone into the ozone layer somewhere. The Oakland A's are a very historic and prestigious franchise. It is an absolute tragedy what they are going through with the current owners. Anybody have thoughts about Rooker and the A's? He is currently batting .298 (11th), 35 HR (8th), 97 RBIs (10th) and .959 OPS (8th). Look at the company he is in with those statistics, and still never even gets a mention outside of Oakland - pathetic!
