I have a 1969 Topps 567 with No Outline that I'm told is rare. The only 2 sales listed on PSA are a 3 for 13,600 and a 4 for 8229 both this year. Mine is not nice. My question is does it really matter what it grades, or is it more important that it gets a number grade? My card is rough and I hate to send it to PSA considering how inconsistent they are. I think my card would have graded a 3 a couple years ago but these days it's anybody's guess! Thanks for any advice!

I’m not an expert on this particular variation. But it seems like they are pretty rare, given the prices being paid and how infrequently they come to market, and even the low to mid grades command serious cash.
Based on those facts alone, I would suggest that the grade isn’t all that important. Even an auth should be worth good money, simply because the market signals are suggesting that they’re impossible to find in any grade.
