Sports Media Association of Cleveland Award Plaque

Hi-

I purchased the award pictured below at Brimfield two weeks ago. Has anyone seen any similar ones? This is a "retroactive award" given to Mike Garcia in 1982. I am most curious about the Indians logo on the rock type material. It seems very nicely done. Was that done for any other awards or plaques using a similar rock like material? Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.
