LOL, it's not the photo USED for the card. It's just a later generation photo of the card/photo/premium itself, that's been lazily cropped...and then cut off at the feet.
If I were to actually take a stab at the date of the "photo" in that listing, I'd say possibly 1960's or so...if we're being generous.
