1939 Play Ball Lon Warneke #41 Cardinals NICE - Ends Sunday 2/11 @ 8pm CST
This week I have four lots that each contain a single Prewar card, including a 1933 Goudey Lefty Grove, a 1939 Play Ball Lon Warneke, a 1925 Zeenut and a Diamond Stars card.
This lot is for a 1939 Play Ball card # 41 of popular St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Lon Warneke. It is the less common variation that has his name with both small and capital letters on the back. It has wideass borders and about 4 to 5 creasinkles (new name for borderline crease/wrinkle situations) in the corners. Nice smiling portrait of Lonnie.
Minimum opening bid is $1 for this and my other 3 lots of Prewar cards, and the bidding increment should be in whole dollars. Bids with a time stamp of 8:00 pm CST on closing night or earlier are valid, anything after that is considered an unsuccessful bid.
The shipping if you win one of my auctions this week will be in a padded envelope at a reduced price of $3.00, for 2 or 3 cards it will also be $3.00 total. Win all 4 auctions and the shipping will be FREE.
Personal check or Paypal accepted.
Included in this listing is an enlarged perspective scan of all four cards I have up for auction this week as separate, individual card lots. Do not be deceived by my tricky seller tactics into believing that you will receive all four Prewar cards with your winning bid for this listing. You will not.
Good Luck!
Brian

Reason: added scans back...somehow deleted it!
