Just stumbled upon an ebay listing from Sport Grails for a 1952 Bowman Musial. PSA # 28489707. The PSA sticker in the ebay listing lists a grade of NM 7. A mere cursory glance at the ad's photo raised red flags, so I checked the PSA database and--SURPRISE--they're clearly two different cards.
As a former collector who's been out of the card hobby for decades, here's my question: how common are these scams? I'd like to delve back into the hobby, but...well, this stuff just makes me ill. Would love to hear what anyone has to say. Trying to learn. Thank you! Here's the ebay listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/38533431325...Bk9SR-ierdnxYg Last edited by THWW13; 11-01-2023 at 07:30 PM.
