Default 1922 V61-1 Neilson's Chocolates Walt Henline Phillies - Ends Sunday 9/24 @ 8pm CST

This week we have a Canada theme for four separate prewar card auctions. The virtual cream of the crop happens to be this lot, a 1922 V61-1 Neilson's Chocolates card #59 of Walter Henline of the Philadelphia Phillies.

This card has a great image of Walt catching and retains a glossy front. There is some roughness to three of the four borders, especially the top, left, and upper right corner, and it does have a horizontal crease at lower rib cage level, as well as a few bends at top visible at an angle. The back has significant paper loss on its upper portion, but still displays a nice Babe Ruth signature (just checking if you were still reading).

Minimum opening bid is $1 for this card, and the bidding increment should be in whole dollars. The shipping if you win one of my auctions this week will be $4.50, for two it will also be $4.50 total. Win 3 or 4 auctions and the shipping is FREE.

All cards will be shipped in a padded envelope. Personal check or Paypal accepted.

Good Luck!

Brian

This Henline card would be quite a catch for any collector who prefers some back damage to keep its cost down. Place your bid with time stamp of 8pm CST tomorrow night, because any time-stamped bids of 8:01 CST or after on that night will be folded into a paper airplane and flown off the balcony.

Good Luck!
