Default VCP now has Universal POP

New feature on VCP is our Universal POP report
combining the 4 major graders...

Works great except for some exceptions like T206 since PSA is kind of all over the place and they now track basically every different back variation...which the other graders do not. And a few others sets as well. But this will improve over time when we get to do some changes in VCP to make it happen.

I can go into more detail but fairly certain you all know the issues.

We are continually trying to improve VCP with more and more features for our members. Hope you all appreciate the work we are doing. As we appreciate your patronage.

Default 1955 topps clemente vs koufax pop

1955 topps koufax 17,094
1955 topps clemente 10,766
Maybe because clemente is a high number, or centering issues

I think with Koufax starting in Brooklyn and moving to LA gets more collectors then Clemente playing his whole career in Pittsburgh...

You will almost always see higher demand for Yankee and Dodger players...media

Bobby:

I think this is a very cool addition to your service.

Have you guys talked with SGC about whether it's possible to clean up their pop reports for issues where they have duplicate listings? I'm thinking specifically of the various D304 issues, 1917 Collins McCarthy and the 1934 Al Demaree die cuts. In each case there is more than one pop report for the same card issue. There are other issues too, of course.

Is it your understanding that the total SGC population is the sum of the relevant pop reports?

Just curious as to whether anyone is looking into fixing this - - if it even can be fixed.

Thanks for adding Bobby. Great data to have (taken with a grain of salt of course).

Fantastic start. I could imagine your site reflecting the actual pops over time. SGC abandoned their database long ago, bad move imo, and PSA only cares about their own. A valid database for collectors would be incredible, not profitable, but incredible.
