Cash, Check, USPS Money Order, or PayPal Friends and Family for payment.
Shipping is $5 in a bubble mailer with tracking or $1 in a PWE. Buyer assumes all risks with PWE. Full refund if using Tracking option and the USPS loses it. This is about as cool and rare as it gets in print errors because of the extremely small print run of Desert Shield cards. Bid early and bid often because you won't find another one.
