Surprised we have 0 votes for the N cards so far, but otherwise it's about what I figured. The popular R cards have the distinct disadvantage here of being known to the hobby by their product names and years much more than by their respective ACC designations.

Favorite cards - Tough decision, but I chose E cards because I favor the real-photo, black & white E cards from 1917 through the 1920's.
Favorite product - Ice cream, same as Adam. As much as I like sweets, I can pass on most, but not ice cream.

I even like the non-dairy stuff. They are doing some amazing things with almond, cashew and coconut bases. I tried the Ben & Jerry's Phish Food non-dairy last week and it was really, really good. There was a place here in LA, sadly crashed in COVID, that had the best ice cream I've ever had, and it was vegan. And I know my stuff; my family owned a Swensen's ice cream store. We made our own in-house and I learned a lot about the process. Probably why I am such a fat bastard now; used to get high on my own supply, so to speak.
