| Oddball Set Late 1940s?

Anybody know what these are? They’re sized like tobacco cards, appear to be hand cut. I think they’re late 1940s due to the lack of 1950s stars. Any help would be appreciated.036DB020-787E-4B43-8D04-6F23819BFB6D.jpg

They are cutouts of 1970s copies of 1930s Exhibit cards. Alan |

Looking a little closer, they are not copies but fantasy versions of four in one Exhibit cards from the 1930s. They were produced in the 1970s or 1980s. Alan |

They are cuts from the 1977 Jim Rowe issue that was made to look like a 1930s 4 on 1 Exhibit card. As cuts they have no real value but they are fun to look at.
