1928 Tharp's Ice Cream Terry - Who Is It?
I have seen a lot of photos of William H. (Memphis Bill) Terry. Who's photo is on this 1928 Tharp's Ice Cream card? I challenge you to try to tell me it's Bill Terry. Whoever this is looks NOTHING WHATSOEVER like Bill Terry. Is this some sort of known error or variation that I am unaware of? This card is currently for sale in the B/S/T, and I am in no way casting negativity here, simply making an observation and asking.
