Default Bob Feller HELP

Hoping to get some help here!!! Wondering if anyone has ever seen a ball like this? I am thinking it is possibly the late 30's or early 40's. I know Feller signed probably more than any other player just about but curious if anyone can solve the middle date-type writing and what it might me if anything other than the day it was signed....Thanks so much.

Yeah your absolutely right. So Wilson allowed you to order these Strikeout King baseballs and strikeout King gloves. The earliest one I have personally seen was from 1939. Here is a image of what they looked like.
