W517 SCG grading
I just got this back from SCG. Noted as hand cut. Seems to have decent borders but given an A for too small. Maybe they don't use trimmed if it is hand cut?
What is the minimum size if hand cut?

I think that card might be a middle (they were issued in a stacked strip of 3) and SGC perhaps wants to see evidence of the cut lines. Probably that top border got you. I share your pain on that "A" thing:
