BIG PRICE DROP FS Rare 1945-46 Carmello Deportivo near complete 99/100 set in album
This set is starting to see strong demand the rare times it shows up. Includes all (99 of 100 in the set) but card #73 (a known scarcity). Players include Ray Dandridge, Minnie Minoso (rookie), Raymond Brown, Martin Dihigo, Dick Sisler and Sal Maglie. VCP shows a PSA 1 set value including only 56 of the 100 cards at $6269. A PSA 1 Dandridge sold this past August for $900 in LOTG. A PSA 1 Minoso for $1620 in REA this past April. A PSA 1 Dihigo for $1560 this past August. I have not tried and do not know if they are removable from the album. Presumably, if you are willing to destroy the album I would think they could be soaked off. Alternatively, it could be kept intact and is an incredible display and conversation piece.
Price is $3900 obo. net to me and includes delivery to you. (I collect sales tax in NY)
