Hello. I am looking for a good scanner that will be good for scanning graded cards. I did find the older thread and it seems like the Epson V600 is liked by several people here.
However, because of limited space, I am in need of an All-In-One CCD scanner/printer. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks, Bob Last edited by philliesfan; 10-30-2022 at 05:37 PM. |

Epson V33 or 330 is great as well.
Unfortunately I never seen a " all in one" that scanned cards well at all, perhaps someone else has. |

Yeah, most All in One's I've had, tend to be a combination of both a lower end printer and a lower end scanner.
I've always had one to take the wear and tear off my higher end photo printers and scanners, as they can make good work-horses for document printing, label printing, and as just plain copy printers when you don't need tremendous detail or clarity. Have to break out one of the better machines when I want something done with more attention to detail however. |

Thanks for the responses. I had a message that said the maintenance box is nearing the end of its useful life. I thought I would need a new printer.
Fortunately for me, I was able to get the part for $20.00 and everything works fine now. However, eventually I will be getting a good scanner for graded cards. Thanks, Bob |

Very recently I took the board's recommendation on a scanner. I got the Epson V600. If you need a great, easy scanner, just buy it. I have had quite a few scanners and this one is the best so far.

My Epson CX7400 does a good job with cards. It's pretty old though and I'm not sure they make it anymore. |

Thanks everyone. Even though my all-in-one was an easy $20.00 fix and works now, I think I will go and get the recommended (by several people) the Epson V600
Thanks again, Bob |

If price is similar, I'd suggest the V700 over the V600. Especially if you ever have any larger format negatives or transparencies to scan.
