Default Heritage Auction Help!

I have a question about Heritage, and I hope someone can guide me...

One of the things I collect is some obscure/regional/oddball sets. In Hertiage's current auction, there is a lot containing about 50 or so cards (your typical "value lot"). The lot's headliners are a couple of HOF from some mainline sets. However, the lot also has 12 cards from a regional set I have been trying to put together for some time.

Here is the issue: the description nor the picture show/tell which of the obscure regional cards are in the lot for sale. I emailed Heritage and received a response "Your inquiry is important to us, and we will answer at the earliest opportunity. Typically you will receive a reply within two weeks, but depending on the auction cycle, the waiting time may be longer."

The auction started yesterday and will be over in 13 days... If it really takes two weeks or longer to get back to me, the auction will be closed.

Any tips on how I might clarify what exactly is in a specific lot?

Thanks!
