Default 1915 Cracker Jack Christy Mathewson

1915 Cracker Jack Christy Mathewson - Sgc 4.5

About as nice of an example as you'll find.

Cobb and Jackson lead the way from the 1915 Cracker Jack set, but Matty's have begun to gain traction.

A recent sale for a comparable conditioned example in Sgc 5 grade sold on 4/24/22 in REA for $13,200.00

Hiya, Tony. Long time no see. I have this card in a PSA 5. Yours is sharper and cleaner - either mine is overgraded or yours is undergraded. I remember when candy bars were a nickel. Still getting used to the stickershock. Hope you are doing well and good luck with the sale.

Sam, many thanks!

Hi David, so good to hear from you. Looking back these past 24 months I think we all are experiencing sticker shock any more.

You were always one of my favorite dudes in the hobby! Cheers my friend...

I promise not to bump this thread anymore. Don't want to piss anybody off. Found this in a dusty corner of my hard drive. Babe Ruth's bat if memory serves (although it don't serve too well). Good times.

Jeffery, thank you.

David, I’ve got a little bit more grey in my hair now since that picture was taken

That was a good day. Fun times that I’ll remember forever!
