1986 Dodgers team ball - Need help with 1 sig

This ball is most likely 1986, but I guess based on the names may have been 1985 or 1987. I didn’t do an exhaustive elimination by name and tenure…et.

The top signature has me stumped. If this was a player or coach, I am blanking. Maybe some other staff, as Don McMahon, Ben Hines and Monty Basgall are all on it as well.

Anyone recognize this one?

Thank you. Someone from a facebook group suggested the same. I don't have him on another ball to compare, but his flat signatures are not really all that close. i bet it is him though and maybe hurried and on a curved surface makes it a much different signature.

Based solely on Rick Honeycutt, the ball is from 1983-1987. I looked at the full rosters for each of those five seasons, and the only other persons (player, coach, announcer) on any of those teams, who had an "f" in their last name, were Terry Whitfield, Tom Niedenfuer, Sid Fernandez and Jack Fimple.
