1911 M116 Ray-$125.00
1916 Famous and Barr Pierce-little spot of white in the background parallel to just above the knee on Pierce's planted leg. It does not feel like paper loss. Also, a couple horizontal side to side creases evident in the front scan. One above the throwing wrist through the body and to the right border. The other, also left to right border, just below the belt. No blemishes on the back of the card. It is simply the plastic sleeve.-$90.00 1916 M101-4 Sporting News Oldring SGC 40 VG 3-$60.00 (sold) 1916 Standard Biscuit Saier-crease side to side across the middle of the card just above the elbow on the glove arm-$130.00 (sold) 1922 E121 Frisch-light corner wear and very light bottom border wear (middle of the edge of the bottom border)-listening to offers. 1922 E122 Rice-stain top center in the border and off-center top to bottom-$200.00 1933 Goudey #188 Hornsby. Here are the flaws: First, a horizontal wrinkle starting at the upper left border parallel to near the top of the green background and just below the blue. The wrinkle goes through the bottom of the cap and in the black dugout separates into to two wrinkles with one going slightly down to the right, but not for any kind of long distance. You have to either use a light or feel for the wrinkle. Second, corner wear except for the bottom left corner. Third, bleeding of the color on the front of the card onto the back down the back left side. Fourth, a small black mark in the left border which Hornsby is pointing at and I find that to be quite polite. $300.00 1933 Minneapolis Millers Benton-a little spot of white on the wall behind him to the right parallel to the upper hip. Also, several vertical spots of white to the left of his head-$75.00 Shipping on this is $6.00 because of size (sold) 1941 Play Ball Hubbell-$125.00 Unless otherwise noted on the item, s/h outside of California, Oregon and the state of Washington is now $4.75. In the matter of shipping to California, Oregon and Washington, the s/h because of the distance from Pittsburgh is $5.00. If paying by PayPal, please pay by PayPal Gift/Friends and Family to wizard15243@yahoo.com. Last edited by Brian Van Horn; 04-26-2022 at 01:45 PM. |

1921-22 W575-1 Peckinpaugh SGC A-correctly spelled with stain in the top right side. Frankly, I think SGC screwed up on the grading of this card. It should be a Poor instead of Authentic-$600.00

June 30, 1909 opening of Forbes Field postcard. The gentleman on the far left has a couple specs of white above his nose and the gentleman to the right of him has a spec of white on his check just to the right of the first gentleman. There is corner wear and toning on the back right. Price is $1000.00 and the s/h is $12.00 because of size.
Robert Edward Auctions had one of these that sold in its 2011 Spring Auction for $1410.00 https://robertedwardauctions.com/auc...amic-postcard/ 1947 Greenberg photo exercising-lost bottom right corner and rough top border. Also a couple creases and a rectangular darker box at chest level-$150.00. S/h is $7.00. |
