The T206 Holy Grail card at REA
I am sure everyone saw how the Wagner card did at REA. $1.5 mil for a PSA "Authentic Altered" version.
Does anybody know if this was the card that long time collector Gary Cypress (owner of the private Los Angeles Sports Museum) purchased as "torn" around the year 2000, and then had it restored? I saw the card b4 and after, and I must say, if this is the same card, Gary did pretty well with about a 20X ROI. Smart move restoring the card IMO. Savvy collector and one of the hobby's nicest person.
