Signed Card with inscription on Chilean Embassy Paper. Given to Eduardo Cisternas for his son on The 1966 Goodwill tour to Chile. Description on card says:

Device of the Gemini Capsule given personally by the Astronaut Neil Armstrong, together with Gordon Cooper on the card. Eduardo Cisternas for his son Eduardo Cisternas Binege.

Santiago Chile, October 28, 1966
