WTB: 1974 Topps 309 & 364 Washington

Good afternoon.

I am looking to buy 1974 Topps baseball card numbers 309 and 364 both in the Washington variation. I would prefer to buy both from the same person if possible. These are the last two cards I need to complete my 1974 set.
