A bit of background: my PSA show submission at the NSCC was rather painless. I submitted 9 autographs on Thursday at 1pm and had them in hand by 2pm Sunday. My cut index card was returned with no service and it was explained to me PSA did not have the larger holder onsite. It was accompanied by a red PSA reject label stating "no holder". I am ok with a voucher ($175) as I still want the service done soon.
My question for the board is, has anyone had success requesting that PSA cover shipping both ways on account of its error? OR received voucher/credit/pro-rate refund to settle the matter?
