FS: Original Glass Plate and Acetate Negatives Ruth Matty Evers NEW RUTH LOWER PRICES
I will be posting details hopefully tomorrow morning. Several Babe Ruth. Mathewson pitching in game (one of few known images of him pitching to a live batter during a game), Chief Bender, Home Run Baker, Tony Lazzeri rookie season World Series, 1912 Giants on field with car before game 1 of World Series...

The following are mostly glass plate negatives, plus a few portrait sheet 4x5 acetates as well.
Babe Ruth waiting at the batting cage. Beautiful 4x5 acetate negative from Culver Pictures collection (not a Bain image). Not sure what stadium this is from. Era likely mid to late 1920’s. $415  Legendary on field image of the 1912 New York Giants before game one of the World Series on October 8 1912, what would become one of the more memorable fall classics in history. Matthewson, McGraw, Marquard, Meyers and the rest are all seen in the image. 5x7 glass plate negative from Bain. $325  Babe Ruth and Irish Meusel. Undated possibly from 1921-23 World Series? Two different images of the two stars. Both 4x5 glass plate negatives, no indication of who the photographer was. $275 each   John McGraw Frankie Frisch and Jack Dempsey in the Giants dugout circa 1922. 4x5 glass plate negative unknown photographer $60  Great close up image of Johnny Evers and Lew Richie from 1910-1912 Bain glass plate negative 5x7 $160  Babe Ruth receives Davaga Trophy (currently on exhibit at the HOF) dates to 1921. $300
