PSA Submission Survey
Yesterday I received an email survey from PSA.
I spent several minutes answering questions dealing with my collecting and submission habits. The vast majority of questions, ten pages worth, were hypotheticals about how much I would pay for grading with delivery times ranging from one week to one year. When I finally clicked "Submit" I received this message: We apologise (sic), due to one of your answers this survey is not for you. Goodbye. Clearly PSA is tailoring this survey to only supply the results they desire. Anyone else get this? What was your experience?
