Stepping Up To the Plate To Fight Fraud
As the author of the monster number thread, the only credible alternative to the PSA Registry, I propose the following.
If your Monster Is totally ungraded, l will double your Monster Number. If your Monster is graded, either start cracking or your Monster Number will be reduced by 50%. If your Monster is also part of the PSA Registry, you be be deleted and permanently blackballed from future participation, Tough love, but necessary in these troubled times.
