Cap Anson Photo. Any chance this is something interesting?
I bought a lot of cards and there is this photo in the group. The back says property of Sporting News and has a sticker for John Rogers archive. I have been reading about him and it looks like he has been sued by everyone and their mothers for not returning photos (anyone know anything about this?).
So, any possibility this is a photo of any importance? Believe it's the image on the Old Judge card. Doesn't seem like old photo stock, but I know NOTHING about photos. I have scans hosted at flickr, and have been trying to put them into this post, but I'm clearly doing something wrong, so please click the links.
