All the facts remain the same: It's hard to use RARE & 1990 Topps KMart in the same sentence, but it's a FACT in this case!! When have you seen THIS packaging before?? I found these 43 ct. Hang Packs in ONE KMart 30 yrs ago, bought some & they have been stored away ever since! Out of 70,000 1990 Topps EBay listings there are ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THESE TO BE SEEN!
